Title : Executive Officer Administrator (2-3 years of Experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will be experienced and skilled in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Office management
- Conducting research for CEO
- Documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items
- Ensure data is entered into the system
- Supporting all CEO functions and tasks
- Developing and maintaining company image material
- Financial and bookkeeping tracking
- Create and update proposals, contracts, project check lists,etc.
- Coordinate and schedule conference calls, on site meetings
- Screening and answering all inbound phone calls
- Guide and maintain various resource schedules
- Maintain office supply inventories.
