Senior HR & OD Specialist with the following qualifications:
1-University degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
2- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a variety of HR functions.
3-Very good command of English and Arabic languages.
4-HR Certificate or Post Graduate diploma is a must.
Participate in organizing Social and Recognition Events contributing to employees’ retention. Assist in high performance and development of the Company. Monitor measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales. Responsible for the turnover analysis with an appropriate action plan. To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes. Evaluates performances of the employees and determines the appropriate wages, bonuses, employee performance appraisals, and wage increase. He/she has to note the key performance indicators set for each employee and assess them accordingly. To develop the HR business plan. Responsible for Employee satisfaction surveys.
