Description | -Manage the cash floats in order to keep updated and documented. -Ensure that correct visa has been arranged prior to arrival of employee or visitor, with the appropriate authorities as well as site entrance and dessert pass -Submission and co-ordination of work permit applications, within 2 weeks of the employees arrival, to ensure that deadlines are met and appropriate documentation is obtained so that disruption to the operation is avoided. -Ensure that all travel and accommodation arrangements are managed cost effectively, professionally and efficiently and communicated to the traveller (and/or respective parties) at least 72 hours prior to their departure. -Ensure that all the catering facilities are delivered to all employees with high quality and control the cost with the catering company -Conduct & co-ordinate new employee expatriate administration induction. -Ensure personnel files for expatriate and national staff are kept up to date and filed in accordance with HR & Administration procedure. -Coordinate with hospitality manager the arrival and room availability for both nationals and foreigners -Flights and limousine reservation for both national and foreigners according to the roster. |
