- Answers phones & responds to customers inquiries. - Provide
customers with all information about the company real estate products. -
Assists customers who have specific inquiries. - Logs messages details
of each customer on CRM system. - Perform telemarketing calls to sell
the company projects. - Builds customers interest in the business
offered by the company. - Maintains & updates customer data base
with changes and the status of each customer. - Follow up the calls of
the clients with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up
paperwork.
- Strong communication skills. - Customer Service oriented. - Pleasant
with friendly manner. - Ability to write routine reports &
correspondences. - Attention to details. - V.Good computer skills and
proficiency in Ms Office application.
