-Manage the daily calendar for the manager & coordinate scheduled appointments Responsible for all the administrative & secretarial work and all secretarial duties including: typing, sending and receiving faxes, e-mails, & searching the Internet. Keeping & maintaining files & records. Answering phone calls. Assist in arranging meetings. Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings.
-Bachelor degree. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.Knowledge of business principles. Excellent computer skills. (Excellent Knowledge of MS Office).
