JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handling customers problems Promote new services Provide courteous and
professional answers to all customers inquiries via phone, mail, fax or
any other media.
-Qualifications Bachelor degree (preferably language schools or
equivalent). •one to two years experience. In a customer service
environment. •Fluent English. •Very good computer skills. •Work in a
high performance team environment. •Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. •Can work on shift basis. •Has the ability to work
under pressure. •Highly motivated. •Problem solver.
