Job Description:-
-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
-Sending, receiving and archiving e-mails, faxes & letters
-Managing telephone contacts successfully and efficiently
-Schedules appointments and meetings
-Taking meeting minutes and ensuring continuous follow up on actions
-Handling other requests assigned by HR spec.

Required Qualifications:

-Experience years : 0-2
- Good command of English Language (read, write, speak).
- Ability to handle pressure
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills
- Ability to deal with suppliers
- Good interpersonal skills, presentable
