- Answers phones & responds to customers inquiries. - Provide customers with all information about the company real estate products. - Assists customers who have specific inquiries. - Logs messages details of each customer on CRM system. - Perform telemarketing calls to sell the company projects. - Builds customers interest in the business offered by the company. - Maintains & updates customer data base with changes and the status of each customer. - Follow up the calls of the clients with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork.
