Operation Manager - Professional IT training Company

A leading Multinational Company in the field of Professional IT training is seeking highly qualified persons to join its Operation Department.
Job Title: Operation Manager
Job Responsibilities:

•Establishes management standards for the training, monitoring, and assessment of instructors and training courses.
•Responsible for training, placements, accounts & administrative work at managerial level.
•Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Training courses.
•Keeps accurate records to include: Contracts, budgets, schedules and any other required records
•Ensures the Training procedure is well maintained and has a professional appearance at all times and recommend improvements if needed.

Qualifications:
•University degree with management certificates and preferably with IT background.
•At least 2 years experience in training management environment.
•Excellent command of English is a must.
•Excellent organizational, communication & management skills.
•Ability to perform under pressure. 
•Commitment to personal growth, as well as the growth of his / her Team.
