Account Service Manager (ASM)


Overall Purpose of Role
Overall responsibility for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and retaining clients, as well as following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
  • Handling new client leads (first contact) daily
  • Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients
  • Effectively handle the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints)
  • Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details
Special Requirements (equipment used, external contacts etc)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Networking skills
  • Languages: English and additional language is an advantage (e.g. Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, French, German, Portuguese)
Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc)
  • 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, may include overtime/weekends as part of the job
  • On call as and when required.
  • Location:  Limassol, Cyprus
Education, Qualifications and Training
Essential:
  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Excellent Computer training – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
  • Languages:  English is a must with at least one more language
Desirable
  • Degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Sales Techniques training advantageous
Experience
Essential
  • 1-2 year experience in a sales environment preferably in the financial sector

Coordinating the annual fixed assets physical count and matching it with the fixed assets register. Ensuring that the accounts reconciliations are prepared accurately and on time. Coordinating with external auditors and handling their requirements. Preparing ad-hoc analysis when required. Supervising the process of petty cash settlements with branches -Qualifications Education Level Required Bsc. in commerce: ( Accounting Section ) Minimum Years of Experience Required : 6-9 years English Language Proficiency : Good Computer Proficiency : MS Office- Internet Browsing – Special Software ERP Gender Any Education major Accounting Experience 6 – 9 Years.

Sends relevant notices to the customers after completion of the identified snags in their homes. Prepares end of the day reports for bookings made and forwards them to their supervisor. Details brief given to the customer at the time of handover thereby ensuring smooth move in into their homes. Responds to customers queries and follows up thereby ensuring timely resolution of issues. ADMINISTRATION: Updates the relevant milestones and interactions in the operations data sheet Monitors and regularly updates the customers on the status of their snags. Provides immediate line manager feedback received from customers. Maintains a daily record of handovers done and walk in customers met. HOME ORIENTATION: Plans for Customer Home Orientations for the existing day. Conducts pre-checks for the next day, to ensure that unit is clean and utilities are connected. Contacts customers one day prior Home Orientation to reconfirm the documents required for it. Escorts customers to their home bases on the Home Orientation Schedule. Walks the customer through their homes recording the snags identified Updates customers on the facility/amenities/retail outlets available in their community.

Scope 

To be responsible for backup and recovery data and to ensure that it's available at all times. A DBA needs to ensure both availability and security of the data all the time. To make policies for data integrity and also maintain backups or distributed replicated databases. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 
Support Oracle 10g Production Databases. 
Using Data Guard in a production environment. 
Analyze and resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, 
replication, and other distributed data issues 
Administrate, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring 
the Availability, security and integrity of all company databases. 
Write custom scripts to automate various daily DBA operations 
Document and improve existing processes 

Education and Experience 
Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field 
Minimum of 6 years technical experience covering Oracle Database Releases 
e.g. 9, 9i, 10g,11g Clustered Database Oracle RAC, RMAN, Data Gard, 
Knowledgeable and experienced with Lunix, Web Applications (e.g. Oracle 
Application Server, Apache, HTML, etc.), 
Strong experience with disk layout and capacity planning, migrations and 
upgrades, performance tuning. 
Experience with database monitoring tools 
Experience with external storage arrays, SAN Storage 
Design and implementation of enterprise backup and recovery 
strategies for Databases using HP Data Protector, 
DBA Oracle Certified Professional is a plus. 
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL 
Proficient in SQL server Reporting Services 
Experience with Shell scripting 
Strong problem solving skills 
Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communications skills
