Developing general ledger and participating in the preparation of the internal accounting cycles. Solving problems that would hinder the progress of the companys objective within the work scope. Directing and Monitoring the preparation of detailed analysis and reports. Preparing and reviewing all monthly and yearly financial statements. Reviewing the bank reconciliation on a monthly basis. Coordinating in the preparation of the annual budget. Reviewing and analyzing monthly comparison between budgeted operating expenses and actual operating expenses related to each department and financial statements. Preparing accurate financial statements. Coordinating month-end closing activities and ensure that books are closed on time and in accordance with Egyptian GAAP. Coordinating the fixed assets tracking,capitalization and tagging and ensuring full control over companys assets and depreciation. Coordinating the annual fixed assets physical count and matching it with the fixed assets register. Ensuring that the accounts reconciliations are prepared accurately and on time. Coordinating with external auditors and handling their requirements. Preparing ad-hoc analysis when required. Supervising the process of petty cash settlements with branches -Qualifications Education Level Required Bsc. in commerce: ( Accounting Section ) Minimum Years of Experience Required : 6-9 years English Language Proficiency : Good Computer Proficiency : MS Office- Internet Browsing – Special Software ERP Gender Any Education major Accounting Experience 6 – 9 Years.
