Key account for all monthly collection Accounts
Full Responsibility on CSO sheet
Day by day CSO targets for collection
Handling any customer objections avoid collection
Monitoring CSO sheet (Appointment – Self – Pending – Tech Problem – Easy/Self Collection)
Full Responsibility on volume of accounts upon any requests
Control on D/L accounts till being collected or Invalid
Focal point of contact with OPS team supporting operation cycle
Face to face communication with any incoming customer applying for requests
