Activates new joiners and records personnel related matters in the system. Follows up on employees requests including salary certificates, salary transfer letters, payslips, ID cards, staff discount cards, transportation passes, etc... Sends and follows-up on the bank account opening form for new joiners and ensures that bank requirements with regard to new applications are met. Requests and applies for insurance for new joiners and processes medical insurance claims. Receives and records leave requests and follows up on missing attendance. Provides support to Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Senior Specialist in different tasks, including attendance, validating attendance, checking any unexplainable missing attendance, etc‡ Updates employees files in the system with any occurring changes (training, certificate, warning‡) 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.  A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.  Fluency in English.  Proficiency in MS Office
Accounting/ English
1 - 2 Years.
