Greet visitors, answer phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them —Maintain filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails —Develop and maintain a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement —Ensure that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy —Check the meeting room booking schedule and place on the bulletin board for the general information on daily basis —Provide general clerical and typing assistance for the chairman office specifically and to the company when urgently needed. —Issue to all company an updated internal contact list —Handle the administrative support for visas issuing process (correspondence with embassies) —Handle travel arrangements for companys employees on business trips or Domiatec VIPs —Execute any additional assigned task by chairman or deputy chairman.
Bachelor degree from any discipline,English section is a must 0-1 year experience in same position or customer service field Proficiency in MS Office, Internet search Highly organized, alert, & presentable character Can handle multiple tasks at a time even under stress
0 – New Graduate Years.
